This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Qatar Public Sector (PY-QA-PS) component. You can use this BAdI to set additional filters on the available positions for employees.

This BAdI is called when you execute the Promotion Pre-Check - Qatar Public Sector(HQAPEPP0) report, which look for available advanced positions that an employee can be promoted to. When you implement this BAdI, the system sets additional checks on the original hit list, and filters out positions that meet your specific requirements.

The BAdI method CHECK uses the following parameters to change the output list of the report:

  • Personnel number
  • Key date
  • Object ID of current job
  • Object ID of next-higher job
