PY_QA_PS_SAL_002 - Define Rules for Annual Salary Increase

In the public sector, the percentage or amount of annual salary increase depends on an employee's appraisal result for the previous service year. In this Customizing activity, you specify the wage type that is affected by the annual salary increase, and also specify the increase percentage or the increased amount for each appraisal grade.

For a whole set of appraisal grades, from the lowest to the highest, you can define multiple increment groups, each with different increase percentage or amount. In the follow-up activity, you determine the applicable employees for each increment group.

You have already defined the possible appraisal grades in Customizing for Payroll Qatar, under Public Sector -> Appraisal and Salary Increase -> Define Appraisal Grades.
