The country version France infotypes are used in the following components:

  • Personnel Administration France (PA-PA-FR)
  • Payroll France(PY-FR)

This section provides an overview of the Payroll France infotypes available in the component Human Resources & Organization.Configure these infotypes in theCustomizing for Payroll France:

  • Personal Data: France specific(Infotype 0002)
  • Challenge: France specific(Infotype 0004)
  • Contract elements: France specific(Infotype 0016)
  • Family/ Related person: France specific (Infotype 0021)
  • Social Insurance(Infotype 0064)
  • Maternity/Parental Leave(Infotype 0080)
  • Profit Sharing France(Infotype 0098)
  • Employment contract: additional information (Infotype 0217)
  • Agency Affiliation/Incorporation (Infotype 0218)
  • Social Balance(Infotype 0233)
  • Garnishment(Infotype 0272)
  • Non-Productive Time(Infotype 0424)
  • IJSS Benefits Slip(Infotype 0425)
  • Tax data (3403)
  • Status of the Declaration(Infotype 03319)

International Infotypes

In addition to these country specific infotypes, there are also the following international infotypes, the standard settings for which you must maintain:

  • Personal Data(Infotype 0002)
  • Challenge(Infotype 0004)
  • Addresses(Infotype 0006)
  • Contract Elements (Infotype 0016)
  • Family/Related Person (Infotype 0021)
  • Termination(Infotype 0713)

  1. Maintain the standard settings for infotypes 0002, 0004, 0006, 0016, 0021 and 0713 in the Human Resources & Organization Customizing under Infotypes -> Infotypes for Employees -> International Infotypes.
  2. Maintain the country specific settings for the abovementioned infotypes in the Payroll FranceCustomizing.
  3. Maintain the settings for the infotypes specific to the French payroll in the Payroll France Customizing.
  4. Maintain the settings specific to the French landing page in the Human Resources & Organization Customizing under Roles → Configure Launchpad for Actions.
