In this customizing activity, you use feature 24EOS to determine how EOS behaves when different termination action reasons are specified. Saudi Labor law stipulates that the organization must calculate EOS based on the number of years that an employee has worked for the organization. The system calculates EOS from the start date of employment until the end date of employment.
The return values that are used in end of service rules for different activities are as follows:
- DIS – Dismissal
- RES – Resignation
- OTH – Others
- Any customer-specific return value.
