You can use operation SASYR to specify the wage type that is used for unpaid leaves. The provided default wage type is /847. However, you can change this wage type to another wage type. Alternatively, if you want to include unpaid leaves as part of an employee's service duration, you can remove the wage type.

The following constants are used in the calculation of end of service payments:

EOS11 End of Service Number of Days in 10 Gregorian Years
EOS12 End of Service Number of Days in 2 Hijri Years
EOS13 End of Service Number of Days in 10 Years Hijri Years
EOS14 End of Service Numerator for Less than or Equal to 5 Years
EOS15 End of Service Denominator for Less than 5 Years
EOS16 End of Service Numerator for More than 5 Years and Less than or Equal to 10 Years
EOS17 End of Service Denominator for More than 5 Years and Less than or Equal to 10 Years
EOSYR End of service Years 5
UAGE1 Retirement Age Normal
