In this Customizing activity, you define the time data that the system displays when you run the Employer's Certificate report.

You have copied the standard form from the SAP client (000) to your customer client and from there to a customer form in the Customizing activity Copy standard form.

In the standard system, you can copy the form template TERPand modify the entries to create your own form.

  1. Enter the country grouping 23 and the form name (the name you gave to your copy of the TERPtemplate).
  2. Check and modify the wage types, time types, and tables as required.
  3. Save your entries.

Page 1, frame 2 Employment Data

The program reads the absences entered in the Absences(2001) infotype and the part-time absences entered in the Planned Working Time (0014) infotype identified by absence types entered as follows:

SLART = "LABS"

TABNA = "2001"

LGART = required absence types

Page 1, Frame 3 Type of Employment

Probationary employment is set to Xif the contract type (P0001-ANSVH) matches the value entered in the form by:

SLART = "PROB"

TABNA = T542A

LGART = required type of contract

Intermittent employment is set to X if the contract type (P0001-ANSVH) matches the value entered in the form by:

SLART = "INTR"

TABNA = T542A

LGART = required type of contract

Page 2, frame 11 Number of Worked Hours

Worked hours are evaluated from time result cluster, table ZES, time types entered into the form by:

SLART = "HWRK"

TABNA = "ZES"

LGART = required time types

Certain absence hours can be considered as worked hours too in case they are entered into the form by:

SLART = "HWRK"

TABNA = "AB"

LGART = required absence types

Absence hours are evaluated from payroll results, table AB, all absence types except of those considered as worked hours according to previous chapter.

Overtime hours are evaluated from time results, table ZL, all wage types entered into the form by:

SLART = "HOVT"

TABNA = "ZL"

LGART = required wage types

Mertid hours are evaluated from time results, table ZL, all wage types entered into the form by:

SLART = "HMER"

TABNA = "ZL"

LGART = required wage types

Page 2, frame 12 Basic Pay data

Basic pay is evaluated from infotype 8, all wage types entered into the form by:

SLART = "BASP"

TABNA = "P0008"

LGART = required wage types

Overtime hourly rate is evaluated from payroll results, table RT, wage type entered into the form by:

SLART = "ROVT"

TABNA = "RT"

LGART = required wage types

Mertid hourly rate is evaluated from payroll results, table RT, wage type entered into the form by:

SLART = "RMER"

TABNA = "RT"

LGART = required wage types

Page 2, Frame 13 Non working payment and holiday payment

Non-working payment is evaluated from payroll results, table RT, wage type entered into the form by:

SLART = "NWP"

TABNA = "RT"

LGART = required wage types

Number of holiday payment days is evaluated from payroll results, table RT, wage type entered into the form by:

SLART = "HPDA"

TABNA = "RT"

LGART = required wage types

Accrued amount for holiday payment is evaluated from payroll results, table RT, wage type entered into the form by:

SLART = "HPAM"

TABNA = "RT"

LGART = required wage types

Page 3, frame 2 Gross amounts

Number of worked days is evaluated from time results, table ZES, time types entered into the form by:

SLART = "DWRK"

TABNA = "ZES"

LGART = required time types

Availability / On call is evaluated from payroll results, table RT, wage types entered into the form by:

SLART = "AVAI"

TABNA = "RT"

LGART = required wage types

COLNO (column type) :

  • If it is blank then both ANZHL(Number) and BETRG(Amount) is added for the relevant wage type

  • If it is set to 1 then only ANZHLis added for the relevant wage type

  • If it is set to 2 then only BETRGis added for the relevant wage type

Other gross amounts are evaluated from payroll results, table RT, wage types entered into the form by:

SLART = "OG01"

TABNA = "RT"

LGART = required wage types

COLNO (column type) :

  • If it is blank then both ANZHL(Number) and BETRG(Amount) is added for the relevant wage type

  • If it is set to 1 then only ANZHLis added for the relevant wage type

  • If it is set to 2 then only BETRGis added for the relevant wage type
