In this Customizing activity, you can maintain the dates from which certain functionalities/components must be processed in the SAP system for the variable pay solution.

Based on the dates that you set for the components, you can use/not use the functionlities. For example, consider the component, PENSION FUND. If you maintain the start date for this component as 01.01.1800 and end date as 31.12.9999, this indicates that the system will consider pension fund while processing variable pay solution. However, if you set the start date as 01.01. 2018, the system will not consider pension fund while processing variable pay solution until the specified date.

  • Select New Entries.
  • Specify the Country Grouping, Carry forwardwage type, Start Date, End Date and Component Code Text.
  • Save your entries.
