QAMV_GQI_TYPE - Define Generic Quality Issue Types

In this Customizing activity, you can define generic quality issue types across different systems and assign them language-specific names. Store entries for all the locally defined issue types, such as quality notification types or FMEA types. You then set up the mapping to the local issue types in the source systems in the Customizing activity Define Access to Quality Issue Types.
In the standard system, the following generic issue types are supplied:
- System audit at vendor's site
- Product audit
- System FMEA process
- System FMEA product
- Claim on customer or vendor
- Claim by customer or vendor
- Material-related defect
- Vendor-related defect
- Customer-related defect
- Maintenance request
- Malfunction report
- Activity report
- IT support
- IHS notification
- Customer complaint
- Complaint against vendor
- Internal problem message
- QIM customer complaint
- QIM complaint against vendor
- QIM internal problem message
- Service notification
