QAM_V_CRIT - Define Criticalities

In this Customizing activity, you define the criticality codes you want to use to process quality issues.

You specify the criticality according to your own standpoint and factors. It may be, for example, with regard to the safety, quality, or risk of the processes.

You define the criticality independent of the issue type.

Default values are stored in an internal table (/IAM/I_CRIT). When you create new entries, the values are displayed in the input help.

If you do not want to use the default values, create entries for the values and set the Inactive indicator.

You can define your own criticality codes in this Customizing activity.

• Deactivate any default entries you do not require.

• Define any required enterprise-specific criticalities and assign them a key and a text.
