QAM_V_PRINTFO - Define Print Forms

In this Customizing activity, you store a list of print forms that you can use to print an issue or activity. You must assign a corresponding PDF form to each print form.

You can assign the print forms stored here to issue types or activity types in the Customizing activities Define Issue Types and Define Activity Types.

Default Country

You can specify a default value for a country/region, which is then entered automatically in the print parameters and can also be changed if necessary. Specifying a country/region allows specific date and quantity formats to be used.

Printing or E-mailing As a Separate Activity

If you want to document printing or e-mailing as a separate activity, enter the activity template in the respective table column. The activity is then added to the list of activities for the issue automatically after printing or sending an e-mail.

If you also specify a document type in addition, the PDF generated is appended to the activity as an attachment. The document type must be configured for PDF (see also Define Document Types and Document Schemas).

You are using Adobe Document Services (ADS).

You have defined the PDF form in the Form Builder (transaction SFP).

The standard system includes PDF forms that you can copy and adapt for your own use when printing issues and activities.
