In this activity, you do the following steps:

Define Airports Enter the airports that are relevant to your implementation.
Assign Airport to Route Code Create routes from one airport to another (for example, CAI-DXB).
Assign Fares to Route Code For each route that you create, assign the corresponding ticket fares. The settings are country/region-specific. The fares can be defined per travel class, and you can specify different amounts for the employee and dependents (for example, adult, child).

Assume that you want to set up the system to cover ticket benefit for Egyptians working in the United Arab Emirates. For simplicity, you want this to cover the following scenario:

Your company location United Arab Emirates
Airports Cairo Intl Airport and Dubai Intl Airport
Travel class Economy and Business

You would make the following settings:

Define Airports

Airport Code Airport Name
CAI Cairo International Airport
DXB Dubai International Airport

Assign Airport to Route Code

Route Code Origin Destination Route Name
R001 DXB CAI Dubai-Cairo

Assign Fares to Route Code

Here, you create two entries for route code R001 under country/region code AE for United Arab Emirates, as follows:
