QBEXT_EXT_LOT_APO - Activation of BTE Application for Transferring External Lots to SAP APO

In this IMG activity, you activate an application of the Business Transaction Event (BTE) framework to integrate inspection lots of external inspections in an SAP EWM system with SAP APO. After activation of this BTE application, external inspection lots (inspection lot origin: 17) are processed by SAP APO in the same way as other inspection lots of the SAP EWM system that belong to different inspection lot origins.
- You have configured the usage of external inspections.
- For the affected materials/products, youu have made the corresponding settings in the material master.
- If you have implemented the modifications of the SAP Notes 2623527 or 2691718, it is necessary to remove them before activating this BTE application.
You need to activate the application QBEXTA (External Inspection APO Integ.) to enable the integration of external inspection lots with SAP APO:
- Execute the activity and choose Settings -> Identification -> SAP Applications on the following screen.
- Select the Application Active indicator for the application QBEXTA.
