QM_FOA_MOVE_AFFOBJ - Transfer Defect Data Such As Affected Objects to FOA Parameters

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Quality Task Management (QM-QN-TSK) component. This BAdI is used to retrieve the values of follow-up action parameters from single fields and the affected object list of a defect.

The BAdI is used for defects with an affected object list. It is only called if you execute a follow-up action for objects in the affected objects list.

If you want to transfer data of the affected objects table to follow-up action parameters of quality tasks, you need to specify the affected object and the parameter type in the parameter ADDITIONALLISTSFIELDS.

Importing parameter: Affected object list

ADDITIONALFIELDS_SINGLE

Changing parameter: Retrieves the follow-up action parameters from the single fields of the defect

ADDITIONALLISTSFIELDS

Changing parameter: Retrieves the follow-up action parameters from the affected object list of a defect (CDS view I_DEFECTAFFECTEDOBJECT). It provides the result as a table of CDS view I_QltyTaskFllwUpActionParam.

The follow-up action parameters can only be retrieved from the affected object list if you have specified the value for DEFECTAFFECTEDOBJECT and QLTYTSKFLLWUPACTNPARAMTYPE for each entry.

The affected object is provided in field AFFCDT_OBJ_COUNTER and the parameter type in field PARAMTYPE. A valid follow-up action parameter type is, for example, POST_MAT (Materials to Be Posted).

You have provided the fields as follow-up action parameters by the BAdI FOA_TASK_FIELD_RETRIEVAL.

The follow-up action is passed by the filter parameter FOLLOWUPACTION.
