QM_NCM_DEF_CAUSER - Define Defect Causers

In this Customizing activity you can define causers of defects. The causers are valid for all defects of the defect category Warehouse Defect and all defects with customer-specific defect categories.

If you have defined defect causers, the Defect Caused By field is included in the header data of the defects. For this field, you can select the defect causer values you defined in this Customizing activity.
