QM_RETURNDEL_MATLIST - Provide Return Delivery Data for EWM-Managed Materials

You can use this BAdI if you want to create return delivery items for several notification items and their corresponding material lists according to customer-specific criteria.

This is an enhancement to the SAP standard follow-up action SAP_RDLV. In the standard system, you can create a return delivery for one notification item with one material list that is assigned to one purchase order.

With this BAdI you can create a return delivery across several notification items with different material lists and different purchase orders assigned.

It is called if you execute the action box activity Create Return Delivery in a quality notification. If there is an active implementation of this BAdI the activity is executed according to the criteria defined in the implementation. No standard dialog box is displayed for the activity.

• The notification items are created from a warehouse defect with EWM-managed materials.

• No standard dialog box is displayed for the activity. You can create a customer-specific dialog box in the BAdI.

• You need to provide the movement type (for example, movement type 122) and the movement reason.

Only notification items that are created from a warehouse defect with EWM-managed materials are taken into consideration. The BAdI checks the internal DFECTUUID of these notification items.

The materials were already posted to blocked stock or quality inspection stock.
