RBT_ENH_ACTIVATE - Activate Extended Rebate Processing

The extended rebate processing uses the info structure S469 for the settlement. This info structure is a version of the info structure S060 that was previously used for rebate processing. The structure has been enhanced by a variable key. In order to use the extended rebate processing the info structure S469 needs to be activated.

The info structure S469 should not be activated until the settings required to set up the vartiable key have been made.
