The standard ALE processor provides the BAdI HRALE00SPLIT_INBOUND. It enables application-related processing of IDocs. The BAdI must be implemented for SAP E-Recruiting so that the data of the Person object (object type P) may be used exclusively in the E-Recruiting application.

  1. Select the implementation HR_INB_PROCESS_IDOC.
  2. Choose Change.
  3. Activate the implementation.
