RCF_BADI_DEFAULTTEXT - BAdI: Specify Proposal Texts for Postings

TheBusiness Add-In (BAdI) HRRCF00_GET_DEFAULTS_TEXTS (BAdI To Determine Proposal Texts for Posting) is used to provide default texts for the descriptions when creating a job posting. In your implementation, you specify the descriptions for which default texts are provided and algorithms for determining the relevant texts.

If you provide default texts, pushbuttons are then available on the user interface that the recruiter can use to prepopulate the descriptive texts in a job posting with default texts.

Note

This function is relevant only for the fields with descriptions that were not hidden within the framework of flexibilization of the user interface. Pushbuttons with default texts are not displayed for hidden descriptions, regardless of the entries made here.

1. Create your own BAdI implementation. For a description of the methods, see the documentation of the associated interface IF_EX_HRRCF00_GET_DEFAULT_TEXT.
2. Activate this implementation.
