The Business Add-In (BAdI) HRRCF00_GET_ASSIGNED_SGR (Determination of Assigned Support Group) is used to propose a default support group.

The application compares the support group specified by the user (for example, hiring manager) in the requisition request form with the default support group from the BAdI and outputs a message if necessary.

To determine the default support group, the BAdI implementation can use parameters that are based on user entries in the form, in addition to parameters that are determined by the application based on the user.

You determine in an implementation which of the available parameters are used for the evaluation to determine the appropriate support group (for example, for the vacant job). The application compares this support group with the support group specified by the user in the form and, if necessary, uses a message to propose the stored support group.

You have specified the role relevant for the manager involvement (default value: Recruiter) in the IMG activity Specify Role for Selection of Support Groups.

In the standard system, SAP does not deliver a BAdI implementation.

  1. Create your own BAdI implementation.
  2. Activate the BAdI implementation.
