RCF_BADI_SHORTLIST - BAdI: Candidate Shortlist

The Business Add-In (BAdI) HRRCF00_SHORTLIST (Candidate Shortlist) is used to determine the list of selected candidates for each search requisition.

For a description of the method, see the documentation of the associated interface IF_EX_HRRCF00_SHORTLIST.

In the standard system, the BAdI implementation HRRCF00_SHORTLIST is activated. The default code is executed automatically.
In the current implementation, a candidate is proposed to the manager if the associated candidacy has the status In Process, the manager is in the support team of the requisition, and the recruiter has assigned at least one questionnaire to the manager to assess the candidate.
