In this Customizing activity, you define the interest groups that are used to categorize candidates.
A candidate can assign himself or herself to an interest group.
A recruiter can also specify in the requisition which interest group is suitable for the open job.
You want to differentiate candidates according to university or college graduates, interns, and experts.
