RCF_COMPANY - Define Company

In this Customizing activity, you define the individual independent companies in your business combination (group).

• You can differentiate your application processes on the basis of the companies. This enables different companies to
  integrate forms for correspondence activities, for example.

• Candidates can use companies, for example, as a search criterion in the search for jobs and thus, find out about job postings in a particular company.

SAP recommends that you maintain companies and branches directly in the application rather than in Customizing. In SAP E-Recruiting, the relevant applications with special user interfaces are at your disposal on the Administrator pages for this.
