RCF_DATAOVR_ATTACH - BAdI: Filter for Attachments for Data Overviews

You can use the BAdI HRRCF00_DATAOVR_ATTACHMENTS to restrict the display of links to attachments on the user interface for data overviews for SAP E-Recruiting objects. In this way, you can make certain attachments inaccessible for specific users.
By default, the system displays links to all attachments that are linked with the relevant HR object.
The BAdI provides the FILTER_ATTACHMENTS method. You can use this method to filter out the attachments that are not to be accessible via a link on data overviews.
The IF_EX_HRRCF00_DATAOVR_ATTACHMNT interface of the method contains the following parameters:

The IS_HROBJECT parameter determines the SAP E-Recruiting object for which the display of links is to be restricted on the corresponding data overview.
The IV_APPLN_NAME parameter determines the application that is used to display the data overview (calling application). These are:
- hrrcf_cand_dovr (Data Overview of Candidate Profile)
- hrrcf_appl_dovr (Data Overview of Application Data)
- hrrcf_cdcy_dovr (Data Overview of Candidacy Data)
- hrrcf_req_dovr (Data Overview of Posting Data)
- hrrcf_tg_dovr (Data Overview of Talent Group)
- hrrcf_act_dovr (Data Overview of Activity)
- hrrcf_dec_dovr (Data Overview for Decision-Making Process)
For the application hrrcf_act_dovr, the IV_ACT_GUID parameter determines for which activity the links to data overviews are hidden. This parameter is optional.
You can use the changing parameter CT_ATTACHMENTS to determine how many attachments are to be displayed.
Create an implementation of the BAdI and activate the implementation.
