RCF_KW_TEXTS - BAdI: Save KW Texts As Language-Independent

You can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRRCF00_KW_TEXTS (BAdI: Save KW Texts As Language-Independent) to specify within SAP E-Recruiting that texts stored in the Knowledge Warehouse (KW) are to be saved as language-independent. This applies to texts that are stored in KW in infotypes via pointers to the relevant texts in the document storage for HR objects.

By default, infotype texts (such as texts about a candidate’s work experience) are stored depending on the logon language in KW. Once the provided default implementation is activated, the system no longer creates its own language versions for KW texts for the various logon languages. Inconsistencies are therefore no longer possible if logon occurs with a different logon language.

Exception: Texts that can be created explicitly in different languages via the user interface.

In the standard system, SAP delivers the inactive default implementation HRRCF00_KW_TEXTS (BAdI: Save KW Texts As Language-Independent).

Activate the BAdI implementation or create and activate your own implementation.
