In this section of the Implementation Guide (IMG), you make the Customizing settings for Manager Involvement in E-Recruiting.

Note:
Keep in mind that use of this business function encompasses the SAP E-Recruiting (ERECRUIT) software component and the SAP Enterprise Extension HR (EA-HR) software component, and that the relevant Customizing settings are distributed over various systems.
Therefore, perform the following IMG activities in the system where you have installed the EA-HR software component as well: Manager Self-Service -> Recruitment.
