In this Customizing activity, you set up attributes that affect a periodic service to suit your requirements.
The periodic service contains attributes that are adjustable. You know the names of the attributes.
The table is a system table with own namespace for customer entries.
The customer namespace is: ATTRIBUTE_NAME : Z*
In the standard delivery, the following services have attributes that you can adjust:

|---|---|---|
| DELETE_DEREGISTERED_CANDIDATES | DELAY | Time (in days) between a candidate deleting his or her registration and the automatic deletion of all data for this candidate |
| DELETE_REQUISITIONS | DELAY | Time (in days) between the status of a requisition changing to "To Be Deleted" and the automatic deletion of all data for this requisition |
| DELETE_TMP_PL_ATTACHMENT | DELAY | Time (in seconds) until the deletion of attachments from the temporary database |
| HANDLE_UNVERIFIED_CANDIDATES | VALIDITY_PERIOD | Validity period (in days) for the confirmation link to confirm the e-mail address of a candidate |
| HANDLE_UNVERIFIED_CANDIDATES | REMINDER | Period (in days) after which a reminder mail is sent to the unverified candidate (value 0 means that no reminder mail is sent) |
| HANDLE_UNVERIFIED_CANDIDATES | MAX_REQUESTS | Specifies how many times the candidate can request a new confirmation mail |
| HANDLE_UNVERIFIED_CANDIDATES | REQ_AFTER_VAL_END | Specifies whether the candidate can request a new confirmation mail even though the validity period of the last confirmaiton link that was sent to the candidate has been exceeded (value ' ' means that no new request is possible) |
| DELETE_DELETED_INBOX_MAILS | DELAY | Time (in days) between a candidate deleting a document from his or her inbox and the automatic deletion of the document from the database. |
