In this Customizing activity, you define and change the qualifications catalog. The qualifications catalog maps all qualifications that are of interest to an employer.
Structure
The qualifications catalog consists of qualification groups and qualifications.
- Qualification groups help to structure the content of the qualifications catalog. They contain qualifications.
Each qualification group must be assigned a proficiency scale, which is passed to the associated qualifications.
Note:
- Scales are not inherited from one qualification group to another.
- The proficiencies of the scale can be described in more detail for each qualification group using a free text. The system offers the proficiency descriptions of the linked scale, if they exist, as a proposal. This proposal can be overwritten individually.
You cannot insert a qualification directly under the root node of the catalog. The proficiencies of
the scale can be described in more detail for each qualification group using a free text. The system
offers the proficiency descriptions of the associated qualification group, if they exist, as the proposal.
Otherwise, it offers the proficiency descriptions of the linked scale (if available). The proposal can be overwritten individually.
Caution:
In contrast to Personnel Development, a qualification cannot contain any further qualifications in E-Recruiting.
You have performed the Customizing activity Define Scales.
