In this Customizing activity, you define the status reasons available in E-Recruiting.

Users assign status reasons to an object when they make a status change. Status reasons describe why a certain status is set.

The status reasons for changing the status of an application to 'rejected' could be as follows, for example:

• Overqualified

• Not suitable
