RCF_T77RCF_WDSP1STC - Create Structuring Elements for First Level

In this Customizing activity, you create structuring elements for start pages. You can use these to customize the start pages delivered in the standard system to suit your own requirements. The structuring elements that you create in this Customizing activity represent the first navigation level.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Specify an Identifier for the new first navigation level.
3. Enter a text of your own choosing, describing the navigation level.

Note

This text is not displayed on the user interface.

1. Enter an OTR alias to label the navigation level on the user interface.

Note that you must create the OTR text in the system in which you use Web Dynpro ABAP to display user interfaces.

The following activities are optional. They are only relevant if you want to display an overview page. For more information, see the documentation for the SP_OVERVIEW_TAB parameter in the Customizing activity Assign Values to Interface Parameters (Web Dynpro ABAP).

1. Enter an OTR alias that contains the explanatory text for the structuring element on the overview page (optional).

Note that you must create the OTR texts in the system in which you use Web Dynpro ABAP to display user interfaces.

1. Enter a URL for the image that you want to display on the user interface for the structuring element on the overview page (optional).
2. Enter the width and height of the image (optional). If you do not specify any dimensions, the system uses the original size of the image.
