SAP E-Book

In this Customizing activity, you enter the RFC destination of the backend system to which you want to send data from the front-end system.

You use this Customizing activity if, for example, you use the Web Dynpro technology to run scenarios for the external candidate on a front-end server that is separate from the backend server. You enter the RFC destination as a value of the RECFA UI2BL parameter.

Note

  • If you use a system constellation in which the front-end and backend run on the same server, you do not need to make an entry here.
  • You enter the RFC destination for the reverse direction (backend system -> front-end system) as a value of the RECFA BL2UI parameter in the Customizing of the backend system in the Customizing activity Specify System Parameters for Web Dynpro.

You used the Customizing activity Create RFC Connection to Backend System to create the RFC destination as a Trusted System relationship to the backend system.

Enter the name of the RFC destination (Trusted System relationship) as a value for the RECFA UI2BL parameter.
