In this IMG activity you define for a distribution chain and a Demand Management System (recipient system in SAP NetWeaver XI) the relevant process components that you wish to use. The following process components are available:

  • Price optimization
  • Promotion optimization
  • Markdown optimization
  • Promotion layout

In addition, you can decide if prices, on import from the process component price optimization of the Demand Management System are generally to be stored at the distribution chain level or not.

The field Company is only used in message type Site and in the related Demand Management System it is only present for documentary purposes.

First process the assignment of the message types for Demand Management to the process components.
