By law, you are required to ensure that your system digitally signs all invoices created manually in Financial Accounting (FI) for Angolan organizational units, for example, company codes. In this Customizing activity, you indicate which foreign company codes use Angolan subunits.

Note
We recommend that you create a separate Angolan company code and link the subunits to this company code.

In the customizing activity Assign Digital Signature Attributes to Number Ranges (FI),you have:

• Recorded all number ranges of the foreign company codes that use Angolan subunits

• Enabled digital signature creation for all number ranges that are used by Angolan subunits

Enter all foreign company codes that use Angolan subunits to post FI documents.
