REB_CTAS - Create Access Sequences

In this activity, you determine the order in which the system works through condition tables when searching for certain condition records. The search depends on the condition type and the access sequence.

Every condition table contains a certain combination of fields for which the system should search in the condition records. The search sequence should go from specific to general condition records. (For example, the system should search for the Customer field before it searches for the Customer Group field).

Select the Exclusive flag if the system should end the search after the first valid condition record has been accessed.

You determine an access sequence for every condition type for which you create condition records.

You can copy access sequences from the R/3 system, however you cannot change these in the CRM system. The source field tells you the system in which the access sequence was originally created.

The namespace for user-defined entries is A* to Z*, and 8*, 9*.
