In this Customizing activity, you can define the association between a counter and a department store. You also maintain the description for the counter-store assignment.

In Flexible Real Estate Management fo China, a real estate contract is linked to a counter that operates within a specific department store. When you assign a counter to a department store, you establish a counter-store assignment. The assignment is used to manage the sales rule in the contract for that specific counter.

You can assign a retail store to various department stores, or assign multiple retail stores to one department store; however, each store assignment must be unique; a duplicate assignment cannot exist.

1. To define new counter-store assignments, choose New Entries. Define a 6-digit Counter ID, and select a Store ID to which you want the corresponding Counter ID to be assigned to.
2. For each store assignment, enter a description

Each store assignment description represents a unique retail store-department store relationship combination. Although the relationship combination must be unique, the description for the store assignment does not need to be unique, and it can be modified.

Each row contains the assignment of a Counter ID to a Store ID, and a description of this store assignment.

After you create the relationship assignment, the counters related to a store are displayed on the Department Store tab page.
