REFXCN_WF_AGENT - Maintain Workflow Agent

In this activity, you maintain the user agent assignment for a company code and contract type for which contract version approval is required.

You have defined the Approval Process for a Contract Version, and:

• Enabled the workflow

• Defined the number of approval levels

When assigning the user agent, you specify the following objects:

• The Object Type assigned to each approval level

• The Agentassociated to the object type. Note: The Agent can be an individual (User) or a group of people (Job, Organization Unit, or Position).
