Maintenance of Currency Translation Rules per Contract Type

Here you specify for which contract types which currency translation rules are allowed.

For all contract types for which you want to allow setting up conditions in a foreign currency, enter the possible currency translation rules. For each contract type, designate one rule as the default currency translation rule.
If you use currency translation rules that are for posting in the foreign currency, as well as those that are for posting in the local currency, make sure that the currency translation rules are assigned correctly. For example, it may be advisable to allow posting only in the foreign currency for vendor contracts (if the vendor invoices you in the foreign currency),
