In this Customizing activity, you define which contract types can be used to create contract offers (reservations). Within the SAP Real Estate Broker mobile app, these contract types are listed when a user creates a reservation.

Reservations are created when a business partner (client) would like to secure a property. The reservation effectively blocks the property for use, and initiates the contract creation process.

A property can be reserved for one business partner (client) only. At the end of the reservation period, either a contract is created or the reservation expires and the property is available.
