In this Customizing activity, you assign crews to work schedule rules.

Assigning crews to work schedule rules is mandatory.

Crews and work schedule rules are used within Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions in China.

You have defined work schedule rules using the Define Work Schedule Rules Customizing activity.

Master data, relating to crew attributes and the assignment of crew members to crews, is up-to-date.

You are using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).

You have implemented either the PM, Regular Tasks Localization Topics for China or the PM, Shift Management Localization Topics for China business function.

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Work Schedule Rule Assignment (SFTPM4) transaction; this transaction uses the Work Schedule Rule Assignment to Crew (V_IEAM_SFT) Customizing view.

The Crew IDfield uniquely identifies the required crew.

Note, you can only assign crews that are valid for the plant and work center.

1. Start the Work Schedule Rule Assignment(SFTPM4) transaction.
2. Enter data as follows:

• The plant and work center

• The crew ID

• The work schedule (WS) assignments

1. Save the assignments.
