REG_TASK_0010 - Define Frequencies for Regular Tasks

In this Customizing activity, you define the frequencies available for regular tasks.
Regular tasks are defined as part of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) plant management solutions in China.
You are using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).
You have implemented the PM, Regular Tasks Localization Topics for China business function.
In this Customizing activity, you maintain the frequencies available for regular tasks using the Task Frequencies(REGM1) transaction; this transaction uses the Task Frequencies (V_IREG_TASK_FREQ) Customizing view.
Once they are in use, frequencies should not be deleted or changed. However, you may need to define additional frequencies for use.
- Start the Task Frequencies (REGM1) transaction.
- Enter data as follows:
- A two-character frequency code
- A description for the frequency
- A period number and applicable time period
- For example, 1 x Day = daily task, 7 x Day = weekly task
- Complete and save the required frequencies.
For example, you have regular tasks that are scheduled as follows:
- Daily (once each day)
- Fortnightly (once every two weeks)
- Quarterly (once every three months)
To define frequencies for these tasks, enter data as follows:
