RETAIL_ST_PL_NEARBY - BAdI: Enhancement of Information on Nearby Stores

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP retail industry application component (LO-RFM-STO). You can use this BAdI to provide information about nearby stores in the product detail screen of the Look Up Retail Products UI5 app. This information is found under the Stocktab.

This BAdI is called to retrieve data from the back-end system when an associate clicks the Stock tab. It uses the GET_NB_STORE_SUPP_DATA method to provide data in the Nearby Stores section under the Stock tab.

Before implementing this BAdI, you must do the following:

1. Add fields that contain the additional information you intend to provide to the RETAIL_ST_NB_STORE_ART_INCL structure using the Append Structurepush button.

2. Redefine the SAP NetWeaver Gateway Service Builder Project RETAILSTORE_PRODUCT_LKP and enhance the NeighbourStoreArticle entity type. Then regenerate the project.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

After you implement the BAdI, you must extend the code for the Look Up Retail Products application to display information about nearby stores.
