RETAIL_ST_TS_PARSING - BAdI: Enhancement for Parsing of Product Information

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP retail industry application component (LO-RFM-STO). This BAdI is required to parse any product information you enhance in a transfer document and is used in conjunction with the BAdI: Enhancement to Update Additional Product Details (RETAIL_ST_TS_UPD_DETAIL_ENH).

This BAdI uses the PARSE_PRODUCT method to parse the product string in the back-end system when a product is added to, deleted from, or updated in a transfer document. SAP provides a default implementation of this BAdI in the CL_RETAIL_ST_TS_PARSE_PROD_ENH class.

Before implementing the BAdI, add fields that contain the additional information you need to the RETAIL_ST_TS_PROD_QTYstructure using the Append Structure push button.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

After you implement this BAdI, you must extend the code in the Transfer Stock application to enhance the product information.
