RET_ST_CS_EH_SUBMIT - BAdI: Enhancement to Validate Submission of Count in Manager App

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP retail industry application component (IS-R-FIO). You can use this BAdI to control whether or not the count data about to be submitted to the back-end system from the Manage Stock Counting app should be validated. For example, you can prevent the transmission of count data when no products were counted.

The BAdI sets a flag that stops the submission of data. It can also return an error message.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

After you implement this BAdI, you will need to extend the code for the Manage Stock Counting application to handle any required follow-on action depending on the error messages returned by the BAdI.
