In this IMG activity, you map an expense type to a condition type for operating expenses for account determination.

In RE-FX, condition type is configured in conjunction with flow type for account determination. For more information, refer to RE-FX customization: Flexible Real Estate Management --> Accounting --> Automatically Generated Accounting Documents --> Account Determination.

At least one expense type in lease expense pool must be configured here with a condition type for account determination; otherwise errors may occur during settlement posting.
