An RFC logon user exists in the R/3 back-end.

Log on to the R/3 back-end system, call up the SAP Implementation Guide and define an RFC destination for the CRM Server 3.0.
Select Basis -> Distribution (ALE) -> Sending and Receiving Systems -> Systems in Network -> Define Target System for RFC Calls.
