In this Customizing activity, you can define extensions for a document category. You can define the extensions, such as .doc, .pdf, .jpg, under one or more document categories.

You have defined the relevant document category in the Customizing activity Define Document Categories

Enter the following data:

  • DOC CATGRY: Category as defined in Customizing activity Define Document Category
  • RMS ID: ID under which the document category is defined
  • DOCUMENT EXTENSION: Technical format of the document. For example, JPEG, XLS, DOC
