Authorization checks using access lists enable you to control access to objects (such as documents, cases, and records) using lists of users and groups. These users and groups are assigned individually to the object.
You can also limit the access authorization to individual activities, at the access list level. You define the relevant activities at the element type level. If you do not define activities, access is not limited.

You have assigned the attributes RMPSP_ACL_US and RMPSP_ACL_DL to the appropriate object.

In the TNA scenario, the attributes are already assigned to the objects, and the authorization check runs as described in the section about authorization control for TNA.
Activities are not part of the TNA scenario and are not shipped for TNA element types.

Users assigned to an access list of an object can access this object in the same way as users assigned to the same organizational unit as the object. This adds access using the authorization objects RMPS: Access Record, Case, Document Org. Assignment of User and RMPS: Access Record, Case, Document Special Org. Units to the access lists.

Define which special activities for your element types you want to make available at the access list level.
