RMPS_PRO_DESCRIPTOR - Create Descriptors

You create descriptors in this IMG activity. The field descriptor is an attribute of classes, folders, parts or documents. You can use a classification of objects according to their category with descriptors.

Functional descriptors are a part of The National Archives (TNA) authorization concept (see authorization object PS_RMPSPGE). Documents assigned to a functional descriptor can only be opened by users who are assigned to this descriptor in their user profile.
