RMS_FRM_23 - Extend Formula Views to Include User-Defined Fields

This IMG activity describes how you extend the following standard formula views to include your own fields:

• Input and Output

• Ingredients

1. In the following structures, create an append structure that contains the fields that you want to include when you extend the relevant formula view:

• If you want to extend the Input and Output formula view, use the FRMLS_IOT_CUSTOMER_INCLUDE structure

• If you want to extend the Ingredients view, use the FRMLS_OOP_CUSTOMER_INCLUDE structure

1. In the Set Up Layouts IMG activity, assign the new fields to the layouts. With the creation of the append structure, the system makes the new fields available for use in the input help of the Table Column field.
2. Define how the new fields are to be filled in the following BAdIs:

• BAdI: Filling User-Defined Fields in the Input and Output View

• BAdI: Filling User-Defined Fields in the Ingredients View
