RMX_0014 - Standardization Settings
BAL Application Log Documentation General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this IMG activity, you define which batch valuation characteristics are available in the standardization procedure.
You can assign each batch valuation characteristic a nutrient from the SAP component Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S).
Special Case: Total Solids
- In EH&S, "total solids" is not classed as a nutrient; it is a value assignment type in the property tree (environment parameter for the value assignment type Total Solids: FRML_ESTCAT_TOTAL_SOLID).
- In order to assign the description Total solid to a characteristic, select Total Solids. In this case, you cannot assign a nutrient.
- The characteristic must have the same dimension as the value assignment type for total solids.
- You have defined characteristics (in Classification).
- You have defined specifications (specification type NUTRIENT).
Add new characteristics:
- Select a characteristic.
- Assign a nutrient (optional).
Note
If you create a characteristic without assigning a nutrient, the system does not check the characteristic unit. However, if you assign a nutrient to a characteristic, the characteristic unit and the nutrient unit must have the same dimension.
The characteristic unit is ml and the nutrient unit is l.
--> The assignment is permitted, since both units have the Volumes dimension.
The characteristic unit is mg and the nutrient unit is l.
--> The assignment is not permitted, since the units have different dimensions.
