In this activity, you specify which transaction type is used in the My Business Requirements app and change the type of text that you can enter in the conversation.

By default, the system uses transaction type SMBR (business requirement) and text type Requirements Description.

  • To change the type of transaction used in the app, copy the row containing BR_IN_APP_USED and adjust the data as you require.
  • To change the text types available in the app, copy the row containing TEXT_TYPE_ENABLED and adjust the data as you require.
